When you submit our “Get A Quote” form, you understand and consent to all of the following:

By submitting the Get A Quote form, you consent to the collection and sharing of the personal information provided by you with pest control providers, based on your selected preference for the number of quotes and our provider availability (described in detail below). Your information will be used solely to connect you with relevant pest control providers. You understand how contact attempts work, and consent to pest control providers contacting you as described below.

How do contact attempts work, and how many providers do we share your information with?

• The data you provide above is shared with pest control providers based on the number of quotes you wish to receive. For example, wanting to receive an exclusive quote means that your information is shared only with 1 pest control provider. Wanting to receive 2 quotes means that the information you provide is shared with UP TO 2 pest control providers (depending on our availability of pest control providers). Wanting to receive 3 quotes means that your information will be shared with UP TO 3 providers (again, depending on our availability of pest control providers). 
• Each pest control provider will be able to contact you via any combination of phone, email, and/or text up to a total cumulative of 3 times (e.g., 2 phone calls & 1 text = 3 contact attempts). 
• The number of providers your information shared with depends on the number of quotes you request for. 
• For example, requesting for an exclusive quote means that your information will be shared with just 1 company, so you may be contacted up to 3 times in total. 
• However, if you request for multiple quotes from up to 3 companies, your information is shared with 3 companies, where each of these 3 companies can contact you up to 3 times. This means, 3 companies X 3 contact attempts each = Up to 9 contact attempts in total being received at your end. 
• Similarly, requesting for multiple quotes from up to 2 companies means that you may be contacted up to 3×2=6 times in total. 
• Any further contact from each provider requires your explicit consent.
